Hallmark Homes is proud to be a hands on builder with an emphasis on building strong client relationships which allows for open communication between all parties involved.  To help you understand the building process better we have provided  an overview of the steps involved in building your new home.

1) Blue prints designed, perfected and ready to build.
3-4 weeks

2) Excavation to concrete foundation and flatwork completion along with underground plumbing.
3-4 weeks

3) Make Selections for plumbing fixtures, interior trim, door style, windows.

4) Framing structure, interior walls and roofing
2-3 weeks

5) Make selections for cabinets, flooring, appliances, lighting and fireplace. Finalize interior paint color and wood trim color.

6) Electrical walk-thru to place light switches and t.v./phone jacks

7) Plumbing, Heating and Cooling systems installed
3 weeks

8) Insulation, drywall and wall texture followed by painting interior.
3-4 weeks

9) Install hard surface flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures and interior trim finishes.
4-5 weeks

10) Install any carpet surfaces and getting final touches ready for move-in day.

11) Final walk thru and informational tour with Scott.
